We use both methods depending on the situation. In-person inspections allow us to spot details and touch test materials, while aerial drone inspections and satellite measurements provide precise data without needing to step on the roof. Combining both gives us the most accurate assessment.

Should your contractor be present for the insurance adjuster inspection?

Absolutely. Having your contractor present ensures that all storm-related damages are identified and documented during the adjuster’s visit. This can prevent missed items and help secure a fair settlement from your insurance company. Viper Roofing always attends these inspections on your behalf.

How long does a typical roof replacement take?

Most residential roof replacements are completed in just 1 day if no major issues are discovered once work begins. Larger homes, complex roofs, or unexpected repairs may extend the project to a second day. Our team works efficiently while maintaining top-quality craftsmanship, and we keep you updated throughout the entire process.


Will my insurance claim affect my insurance premiums?

In most cases, filing a claim for storm damage will not increase your premiums because it’s considered an “Act of God” and not due to neglect or personal fault. However, repeated claims or unrelated damage claims may have an impact. We’re happy to walk you through this before filing.

We offer a two-year labor warranty on all roofs we install, and it is fully transferable to the next property owner. This means your investment is protected, and if you sell your home, the new owner enjoys the same warranty benefits — adding value and peace of mind.
